Hi, I'm Marina, founder and owner of Tru U Esthetix, an advanced aesthetics practice dedicated to helping clients achieve healthy, radiant skin through science-backed treatments and personalized care. I am a licensed medical aesthetician and licensed dental hygienist with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. My dental hygiene license includes the administration of local anesthesia, and I hold certifications in both aesthetic and therapeutic Botox treatments. My philosophy is simple: healthy, beautiful skin is built through prevention, consistency, education, and treatments tailored specifically to your unique needs—not quick fixes or one-size-fits-all approaches. CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointment Policies Booking A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments. Your card will only be charged if our cancellation, no-show, or late arrival policy applies. Cancellation & No-Show Policy To respect the time reserved for every client, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or appointment changes. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full treatment experience. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may still be accommodated if scheduling allows. In those cases, treatment time may be shortened to avoid impacting subsequent appointments, and the full service fee will still apply. If a late arrival cannot be accommodated, the appointment will be treated as a missed appointment and will be subject to the 100% cancellation/no-show fee. Illness & Emergencies If you or someone in your household is experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. Courtesy exceptions for illness or family emergencies may be considered at management's discretion. Refund Policy Due to the nature of professional services and medical-grade skincare products, all services, treatment packages, memberships, gift cards, and retail purchases are final. If you have concerns regarding your treatment, please contact Tru U Esthetix within 48 hours so we may evaluate your concerns and determine an appropriate resolution. Acknowledgement By booking an appointment, submitting payment information, or receiving services from Tru U Esthetix, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these policies.
